Quality assurance

Our goal at AFPA is to continually improve the quality of our products and services, so we can exceed our customer's expectations.

1.Process Quality

All processes employed by AFPA to delivery products are determined, resourced appropriately, documented, monitored and measured to ensure conformance to: customer requirements, business objectives, and any applicable industry regulations and legislation.

2.analytical Laboratories

A quality control schedule governing instrument calibration and calibration checks to ensure the accuracy of analytical results. Statistical quality control charts of the analytical processes are maintained to ensure accuracy of analytical results.


Final Lot Analysis is performed on samples taken from the packaged containers to ensure that customer's requirements are met.

A retained sample of every lot of qualified product is stored for at least five years for future reference.

Full analytical support including HPLC, GC-MS and NMR and so on.

4. Traceability

Every lot of qualified product is given a unique lot number that includes its unique lab number and production site location for traceability.

5.Continuous Improvement

All AFPA employees are competent in their area of work by way of academic qualification, training as well as experience.Effective mechanisms are in place to monitor and measure customer satisfaction,committed to continuous improvement in production quality, so that AFPA achieves it’s commitment to continual Improvement.
